Raising awareness for habitat protection through vibrant paint colors

Rana aimed to raise awareness about habitat protection in the Amazon rainforest through an innovative paint collection. Inspired by the vibrant hues of poison dart frogs that inhabit the rainforest, known for their bright colors as a defense mechanism, this collection aimed to serve as a visual reminder of the urgent need for conservation efforts.

For the branding of the Rana paint collection, I focused on capturing the essence of the Amazon rainforest's biodiversity and the vibrant colors of poison dart frogs. The logo and visual identity were crafted to connect to the organic forms of the Amazon rainforest. In designing the paint can labels, each color was paired with a variation of poision dart frog and a naming system was established for each chosen color. The labels not only showcased the vivid hues but also communicated their symbolic ties to rainforest protection.
